The Pre-Visit
Welcome to our establishment! We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality ingredients in our services.
Please note that we are a cash-free establishment and require deposits to book appointments. We also have 24-hour cancellation policy and consultations may be required for some appointments.
Online booking is available outside of reception hours and our listed hours are service hours. We strive to answer all messages within one business day. Thank you for choosing us!

The Consultation
Consultations are the most important part of your service. Here we ask questions to determine a plan for your hair goals. It is recommended to have inspirational pictures handy. For big color changes a test strand may be required before beginning the color process. There are serval ways to begin this process.

-In person consultations are the most effective way to get to know your hair and address your concerns. These can be booked online or by calling to book.
​
-Email/Text consultations begin by emailing us or click Email/text. Please include how you would prefer contact and a form will be sent to you. You will be asked to upload inspiration pictures as well as current pictures.
​
-Phone consultations are handy if your are not able to come in person. You will be sent our consultation form as well.
​
Please remember that receptionist booking does not do hair and books to the best of their ability and knowledge. If the booked stylist has concerns with how your appointment was booked, rescheduling may be required to better serve you.
