The Pre-Visit
Welcome to our establishment! We pride ourselves on creating an inviting space that clients feel heard and comfortable. We use only the highest quality low-tox ingredients in our services.
Please note that we are a cash-free establishment and cannot make change.
We request a 48-hour notice of cancellation to optimize our waitlist for clients looking to snag that coveted spot.
When booking Vivids and Updo's- your stylist will contact you to start curating your look.
Online booking is available anytime and made available especially for outside of reception hours.
We strive to answer all messages within one business day. Thank you for choosing us!

The Consultation
Consultations are the most important part of your service. Each appointment has time carved out to address your concerns and learn about your hair goals. It is recommended to have inspirational pictures handy.
If you have concerns on which service to book for or any questions we haven't addressed please call or email us.

-In person consultations are the most effective way to get to know your hair and address your concerns. These can be booked online or by calling to book.
​
-Email/Text consultations begin by clicking Email/Text. Please include how you would prefer contact and a stylist will contact you. You will be asked to upload inspiration pictures as well as current pictures.

-Phone, email, and text consultations are handy if your are not able to come in person.

Contact must be made within 3 days of your last appointment to make arrangements for modification. Please note: complimentary modifications are not extended for change of mind or direction.
