  • Do I need an appointment?
    We do recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure a stylist will be available to accommodate you. Same day appointments and walk-ins are welcome!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We offer a reminder service of upcoming appointments for your convenience. Please give us 24 HRS cancellation notice. This allows us enough notice to utilize our waitlist and provide financial stability for our stylists. We do understand that life happens and things happen out of our control. Grace is our middle name. “NO SHOWS”, cancellations under 24 hours, “CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS” that no show will be charge 50% of the reserved service amount when booking.
  • I'm running late. What should I do?
    We can accept late arrival up to 10 minutes. At 15 minutes the service will have to be adjusted and 20 minutes will need to be rescheduled. Time is needed to ensure you are happy with the end result.
  • Which forms of payment are accepted?
    All credit cards are accepted as well as checks. We are a cashless establishment and have no way of making change for you. Cash App is using for payment of Young Living Oils
  • The salon is closed but I want to make an appointment while it's on my mind. How can I book?

  • Should I wash my hair before a color service?
    Please do not wash 24 hours before your color service. Abrasions can cause irritation to scalp.
  • Can I bring my child?
    We provide haircuts for children as long as they enjoy getting a haircut. If they are not receiving a service we ask that you come alone for your service. The salon is a place to relax and unwind and can be a dangerous for an unattended child.
  • How do order products? Is there a reward system for purchases?

  • Is a deposit required for my appointment?
    Appointments that are longer than 2 hours require a NON refundable deposit. The deposit is 50% of total cost of appointment. A confirmation text is sent 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
